A Daughter’s 1st Blog Post

Hi guys

My name is Keira and today I’m going to be writing about Christmas. I’m very excited because I’ve never written a blog post. So lets get started.

My favourite Christmas films include the Grinch, Elf and the Nativity films. I like that their are funny and different to any other Christmas films. I start watching Christmas films on the last week of November, they make me feel happy and very Christmassy.

My favourite Christmas songs are – I wish it could be Christmas everyday, rockin around the Christmas tree, jingle bell rock and all I want for Christmas. I also like step into Christmas and santa claus is coming to town. Those are all my favourite ones.

I love Christmas food so here are some of my favourites. I really like pigs in blankets, mini cheddars and twiglets. I basically really like all the party food. I also really like the turkey.

On Christmas day their are a lot of things I like to do including waking up to see if my stocking is full, spending time with my family. I like Christmas breakfast as mummy does us all a cooked breakfast, the eggs, bacon and sausages are my favourite. I also like to pull the crackers, that’s fun! I like going to give people hugs in the morning running around shouting ‘its christmas’!

I like to do a lot of stuff when it leads up to Christmas, I especially like going to watch a pantomime. We go every year and its nice and fun. I love singing Christmas carols at home and at school. The decorating for Christmas is fun and I love making paper chains. Opening my calendar is fun because you never know what your going to get. Making Christmas decorations and drawing Christmas pictures, yesterday I drew a Grinch picture!

My Grinch picture – I hope you all like it

I really enjoyed doing this post, I hope you enjoyed reading it.

Can we just give it up for my brilliant daughter please? Ten years old and blogging already, she done such a brilliant job, well done Keira xxxxxx
